1. Coverage and delivery charges
We deliver to locations in Thailand for which the checkout has an available rate. The system uses the postcode, items, total weight, and configured zone rates to show the available method and charge before order confirmation. If no rate is available, an order cannot be submitted and you should contact our team.
2. Preparation and delivery timing
Parcels generally arrive around 2–5 working days after order confirmation. This is an estimate and may vary because of location, public holidays, parcel volume, weather, or carrier conditions. We will try to notify you when we become aware of a significant delay.
3. Tracking your parcel
When our team records a tracking number, it appears in your account’s order details. Check the recipient name, address, postcode, and telephone number before confirming, as a change may not be possible once dispatch begins.
4. Failed delivery and returned parcels
The carrier may contact the recipient using the order details. If delivery fails because the address or telephone number is wrong, nobody is available, or the parcel is refused, it may be returned. Contact us to discuss the available options and any cost before a second dispatch.
